Privacy Notice

This notice explains how RoadRunners handles information for the Keep Moving game and reward program.

What we collect

We collect your first name, last name, mobile number, protected login credential, optional SMS choice, policy acknowledgments, device-session records, game attempts, scores, reward selections, reward codes, and expiration times. We use privacy-protected network signals to limit automated abuse; we do not keep a raw IP address in the game account database.

How we use it

We use this information to maintain one account per phone number, authenticate returning players, enforce daily play limits, save rewards, prevent fraud, provide account support, and honor your messaging choices. RoadRunners texts, including reward delivery and occasional offers, are optional and are not required to play or make a purchase.

Creator links

Added October 12, 2026. If you claim a reward on a RoadRunners creator link (rocket.roadrunners.com/c/…), we also collect your email address and record which creator’s link you used. Your name, mobile number, email, and text-message consent go to RoadRunners’ in-store reward system so the reward can be texted (through Twilio), emailed (through our email provider), and scanned at the window. The creator never sees your name, number, or email — only that a reward from their link was claimed and redeemed.

Service providers

RoadRunners uses hosting and database providers to operate the game and Twilio to deliver account-verification codes by text. Verification messages are essential account-security messages and are separate from optional marketing texts.

Retention and security

Account and consent records are retained while needed to operate the program, document your choices, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Short-lived anti-abuse events are automatically removed, sign-in sessions expire, and old game-run records are periodically removed. We use encrypted connections, salted one-way password and session-token hashes, access controls, and rate limits.

Your choices

You can turn RoadRunners texts on or off from Account. If RoadRunners begins texting, you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact RoadRunners through its official customer-support or store channels.

Updates

We may update this notice as the program changes. The effective date above identifies the version presented when you created your account.
