SMS Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from RoadRunners Fast LLC (“RoadRunners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Program description

RoadRunners operates an SMS marketing program (the “Program”) to send promotional offers, member-only specials, new product announcements, free-drink alerts, rewards you claim through Keep Moving (including creator-link rewards), guest-recovery and appreciation rewards (one-to-one texts sent by a RoadRunners team member to make things right after a bad visit, say thanks, or surprise a regular), and other related communications to customers who have opted in.

2. Message frequency

You will receive recurring automated text messages from RoadRunners. Message frequency varies, but typically up to 5 messages per month.

3. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. RoadRunners does not charge for the messages we send. However, your wireless carrier may charge you for messages received or sent based on your plan. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

4. How to opt in

You can opt in to the Program by texting START (or JOIN, YES) to our program number (346) 656-6494; by entering your phone number in the RoadRunners Consumer Marketing Member Portal and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages; by checking the text-message box on a RoadRunners Keep Moving page, including a creator link (rocket.roadrunners.com/c/…); or by providing your phone number through any other authorized RoadRunners signup channel (in-store, at events, via our website). Opt-in is required for participation. We will send a confirmation message to verify your enrollment.

5. How to opt out

You can opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP (or CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT) to any message we send. You will receive a single confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. You may re-enroll at any time by replying START or using any of the other opt-in methods listed above.

7. Supported carriers

The Program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility

The Program is open to U.S. residents who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate. By opting in, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. The phone number and any other information you provide to participate in the Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice. We will not sell or rent your phone number to third parties.

10. Consent

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may purchase RoadRunners products and services without enrolling in the SMS Program.

11. Changes to these terms

RoadRunners reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL. Continued participation in the Program after a change constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend the Program, or your participation in it, at any time without notice or liability.

13. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The Program is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoadRunners disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RoadRunners’ total liability arising out of or relating to the Program is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. RoadRunners is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

14. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Program shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
